Psychotherapy
We provide supportive, exploratory and standard psychotherapy services which is minimum once a week to allow a safe space to express yourself at a pace that is driven by the comfort level and stress tolerance you can manage. At times, the clinician will offer a perspective and a gentle push to assist you in targeting both immediate stressors as well as underlying elements that can influence the quality of your experiences. We will explore your stressors, triggers, and deeply imprinted themes.
For patients seeking the most deepest treatment modality (Psychoanalytic psychotherapy), this is four times a week. It is preferable for those sessions to be in person, but a hybrid in-person/virtual format can be explored if appropriate. Spots specifically seeking Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy are limited.
